Raven 'Mech by FJ4 Raven 'Mech by FJ4
Raven 'mech created using Lightwave.

It's a fairly simple mech, as it took only 3 hours to model, texture, rig, and animate a run cycle for it.

Yes, I've got several animations that I'm working on now.

You can see it on my youtube page when it comes out. [link]

My second favorite Mech and the most fun to use. I love how you blurred their legs. It really shows off their speed capabilities. :la:

On first dight I thought they were ostrocs (locust). Nicely made - not many folks built the ultralights of battletech you'd think everyone used assault lances for recon the way they churn them out.

Thanks, personally I prefer light and medium mechs so I try to make as many as I can.

It does get tiresome when everyone depicts Battletech as mostly assaults and heavies.

yeah I agree. light mechs deserve more show time, and raven is certainly one of the best~ Light mechs are just prettier in my opinion. I dont like the look of alot of the heavier mechs.
